Purple Sweet Potato Dodol

Ingredients:

Boiled purple sweet potatoes, Coconut milk, Sugar, Cardamom, A pinch of salt, Corn starch, Water, Baked coconut flakes

How to Prepare:

1. Blend boiled purple sweet potatoes, coconut milk, sugar, cardamom and a pinch of salt together.

2. Mix corn starch with water and add it to the sweet potato blend.

3. Cook at medium heat and stir frequently until the mixture thickens.

4. Pour it into a container, add coconut flakes and refregerate for 2-3 hours.
