




Taro is a tropical root vegetable native to South India and South East Asia. All its roots, stems, and leaves are edible.
This is a unique, tasty snack recipe made with fresh taro leaves!
Ingredients:
Fresh taro leaves,
Batter : chickpea flour, salt, turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sunflower oil, water
Method :
First, make a thick batter by adding all the above ingredients. Then take 4-5 washed fresh taro leaves. Gently apply the batter on the leaves and stack them on top of each other. Roll it like in picture 3. Steam it for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool down and cut into slices. Fry both sides of the slices on a skillet for a few minutes. Enjoy!
