[Summer 2019 – Columbus, OH]

This was our first try to grow shallot, and we used seeds for that. Almost all the seeds were germinated, but due to warm weather, they didn’t grow well. Although this onion variety is not very popular in America, it extensively uses in South Asian cuisines.
