[Summer 2019 – Columbus, OH]

We grew the Lima Bean – Henderson variety this summer. Lima is native to Central America, and it is a highly nutritious food. Just like beans and peas, they are super easy to grow and maintain. It is one of the best crops to grow during hot summers.
