Chickpea pasta with homegrown green peas, sugar snap peas, red chili and fried russet potatoes.

 


This is a very ancient Sri Lankan traditional food made during King’s era, which is now not in practice in restaurants or even in conventional houses. We can call this; Red Millet Kottu. I made it using homegrown carrots, green beans, corn, and fuyu pepper.
