Lemongrass

Lemongrass is easy to cultivate, and it does not need any special care. We bought a plant from a plant sale and grew it on our pepper bed as they are good companions. It is one of my favorite herbs to use in fish/meat curries, stews, and soups to add some citric flavor and aroma. This plant is also a good mosquito repellent. Not only in outdoor, but we can also easily grow lemongrass as an indoor plant too.
