[Summer 2019 – Columbus, OH]
Mint is a perennial herb that usually dies down in winter and comes into life in summer. This year we got a lot of peppermint plants. Once you grow them in your garden then each year they spread automatically.

How to dry mint leaves: First, we cut the mint leaves, then washed and cleaned them thoroughly. After that, we kept them on a paper towel and let them air-dried. Five days later they were dried enough to restore in a container.
