Mint tea is very popular as a herbal tea. We homemade mint tea by drying the leaves of the peppermint plant. Peppermint tea boosts our health by relieving headaches and stomach problems, improving digestion and reducing mental stress.
How to dry mint leaves: First, we cut the mint leaves, then washed and cleaned them well. After that, we kept them on a paper towel and let them air-dried. Five days later they were dried enough to restore in a container.
How to make mint tea: Put five or six dried mint leaves into your teacup, pour some boiled water and keep it aside. After five minutes your tea is ready!
