Kochchi Sambal is a Sri Lankan recipe usually served with cassava or sweet potatoes.

Ingredients:
Shredded coconut, Bird’s eye chili, Onion, Salt, Lime juice
How to prepare: First, crush all the above ingredients except lime juice and shredded coconut using mortar and pestle. Then add shredded coconut and crush it again. If you use dehydrated shredded coconut, add some water while crushing. Finally, add lime juice to your taste.
