We grew hot pepper from the seeds of a store-bought Thai dried chili pack. In mid-May, seeds were sprinkled onto the soil and lightly covered with extra potting soil. Pepper plants love warm temperatures and need regular watering. After four months, we got our very first pepper harvest. We enjoyed our excess pepper harvest until the next growing season by freezing them.
